Antepli Şerifoğlu Baklava and Water Boreks started its baklava-making adventure in 1988 with a small branch in Fatih, serving people from all walks of life and ages in the concept of baklava, pastry, cafe and restaurant in many districts of Istanbul.

Our company, whose first priority is customer satisfaction, serves our customers every hour of the day with daily baklava and patisserie products produced by expert masters with first class materials and high technology machines in hygienic conditions in the factory in Yenibosna. Our customers who want to procure our products can order over the phone and the internet, as well as shop one-on-one from our production facility. However, they can order cakes on special days (wedding, engagement, birthday, etc.).

Desserts produced in our factory are distributed daily to the branches and offered to the service of sweet lovers.

Our company also exports Baklava, which is our cultural richness, to people with different tastes by exporting to many countries, especially Arab Countries.

Thus, it increases the awareness of both our country and our rich Turkish cuisine in other countries.
